Service Scope
KluGuard provides reputation monitoring and review-management services for businesses, including:
- Monitoring of online reviews across major platforms
- Response drafting and guidance for routine and high-risk reviews
- Risk assessment and incident-based investigation support for serious review situations
- Monthly reporting and pattern-analysis briefings
No Guarantee of Outcome
KluGuard does not guarantee the removal of any review from any platform. Platform providers (Google, Yelp, and others) make all final decisions regarding content moderation and removal. We assess whether a review appears to violate platform policy, help document relevant context, and recommend appropriate action, but the outcome is determined solely by the platform in question.
Client Approval and Control
KluGuard supplies recommendations and response drafts. Unless a separate written arrangement specifies otherwise, your business retains full and final approval over any public response before it is posted. We do not post on your behalf without your consent.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing provided by KluGuard constitutes legal advice. Our services involve risk assessment, fact-gathering, and communications strategy, not legal representation or legal opinions. If a matter involves potential legal liability, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.
Information You Provide
For higher-risk cases, we may request incident-related information such as staff accounts, relevant policies, receipts, or security footage availability. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any information you provide to us, including information involving employees or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
KluGuard is not liable for outcomes related to platform decisions, including a platform’s refusal to remove or act on a reported review. Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
